Dear Valued PMCS Colleagues, Clients and Customers:

Like so many other organizations and individuals, we have been keeping a close eye on the CDC and the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. We want to inform you of the critical steps we have taken to address the immediate concerns. We have initiated the necessary precautionary measures to maintain the full cleanliness and disinfection of our PMCS office environment and facility to help minimize any potential risk and to help keep our employees safe during the spread of the Corona virus.

Steps we have taken to address this issue include:
  • Significantly increased the scope of the cleaning of the PMCS office environment and facility.
  • Provided additional access to hand sanitizers, soap and paper towels.
  • Limited the access of the PMCS office environment and facility to only essential personnel.
  • Doubled our cleaning efforts on all high-touch areas of office doors, handrails, door handles, desks, phones, computer equipment and peripherals.
  • Provided recommended guidelines and tips to PMCS staff on social distancing and preventing the contracting and spreading of COVID-19/Coronavirus.
  • Informed our staff that anyone with symptoms must immediately go home and/or remain at home until specific return criteria are met.

In addition to the increased safeguards and precautionary measures we have taken and will continue to take, we also want to inform you of the business continuity plans we have implemented to help minimize any disruption in the processing of client work and client deliverables.

PMCS has always operated and maintained a secure virtual computer network with strict specific login criteria to minimize threats to our computer network environment, and PMCS staff have always had the ability to remotely access our secure virtual computer network environment, which allows us to fully function from a remote environment, to help minimize disruptions in PMCS processing of client work and deliverables. In the event PMCS staff must work from home or some other secure alternative remote work environment, they have the required credentials to securely access PMCS processing software, systems, forms and databases which allows us to continue our processing of client work and client deliverables. We will maintain full remote access to all PMCS office telephones, faxes, company email and computer networks which will allow us to maintain processing of all client activity.

In closing, we want to let you know we are closely monitoring and following all CDC, state and local recommended guidance, and are taking all extra precautionary measures to ensure our office areas are as clean and safe as possible during this very difficult time. We are also including some recently released HUD guidance which may prove useful you. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us at 800.245.PMCS (7627) or via email at solutions@pmcsinc.com.

Sincerely,
PMCS, Inc.
