HUD's Secure Systems

HUD’s Online Secure Systems provide a variety of tools for Property Managers, Owners, Agents and Service Bureaus of multifamily properties. To be able to access these tools, you must register as either a Coordinator or User. There is more information below about the different subsystems available through Secure Systems.

Active Partner Performance System (APPS)

The Active Partner Performance System was developed to allow HUD’s business partners to submit the HUD Previous Participation Certification (HUD Form 2530) and manage their company and individual participation information via the internet. To learn more about the system, visit HUD’s website.

Financial Assessment Subsystem (FASSUB)

FASSUB is an automated system that assists in the collection, validation, and assessment of financial data for public housing and multifamily properties.

Integrated Multifamily Access Exchange System (iMAX)

iMAX is the communication system that allows Contract Administrators, Owners, Agents and Service Bureaus who have subsidy contracts with HUD to transmit tenant and voucher data files.

Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS)

TRACS was developed to process subsidy contracts, tenant rental assistance information, and owner request for voucher payments to HUD. To learn more about TRACS, visit HUD’s website.
