On Friday September 29, 2023, HUD released Housing Notice H 2023-10 which published long-awaited supplemental guidance on the implementation of Sections 102 and 104 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).

This informative notice provides guidance on the implementation of many housing program changes brought on by HOTMA, as well as implementation schedules and deadlines for HUD Public and Indian Housing (PIH) and Multi Family Housing (MFH) programs.
